Cloud Forest Birding

Forests in the highlands are different from those found in the lowlands, and supports mostly different community of birds. The forest is cooler, damper, shorter in stature, and contains mostly different plant species from those found in the lowlands. As bird food, there are differences in fruit production and insect species as well.
