Rufous-capped Warbler
Name: Rufous-capped Warbler.
Latin: Basileuterus rufifrons.
General: Rufous-capped Warbler Breeding Male: Small warbler with olive-green upperparts, bright yellow throat and upper breast, and white belly. Head has rufous crown and cheek patch, white eyebrow, and black eyestripe. Female and juvenile are duller.
Range and Habitat: Rufous-capped Warbler Breeding Male: Resident in tropical America; rare in southwest U.S. Preferred habitats include foothill brushlands.
Easie to see: In the lake of Volcán town.
